In this podcast, we are joined by Nigel Topping, the UK governments high level champion for climate change, COP26.  Nigel takes the time to share with us his views on what it takes to be an effective green leader, the competencies and attributes required in the exercise of that role as well as his views on how we encourage the next generation of leaders. Nigel shares his influences, including those people that helped mould his style of leadership.  We also talk about some of the outstanding examples of leadership that he has witnessed in the run up to taking on his current role, as well as those emerging in the race to zero.
